What we collect

RFQ and contact submissions: name, company, email, annual volume, message, and any drawing file you upload. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Submissions are delivered to our sales mailbox (Microsoft 365) and a copy is retained on our hosting server for audit and follow-up.

Analytics (optional): only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand site traffic. If you do not accept, no analytics cookies are set. Essential operation of the site does not use tracking cookies; your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted by Hostinger; business email and file storage run on Microsoft 365. Drawing files you share are treated as confidential business documents and are not shared with third parties except as required to prepare your quotation.

Retention & your rights

RFQ records are retained for as long as needed for the business relationship and statutory record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@metalgridventures.com. We respond in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
